6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (disposable medical and hygiene supplies), returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The wrong item was delivered.
The item is unused, in its original sealed packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order by contacting us at support@3best.shop. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
